Shipping & Returns

Do you ship international?

At this time, we only ship within Australia.

How much is shipping?

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all Australia orders over $150. Orders under $150 incur a flat shipping fee of $10 AUD.

Express shipping is available for $15 AUD.

How long does delivery take?
  • Same state: 2-4 business days
  • Interstate: 3-5 business days
  • Express shipping: 1-2 business days

Delivery estimates are provided as a general guide based on Australia Post timeframes.

What is your Returns Policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Proof of purchase is required for all return requests.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • unused and undamaged
  • in original condition
  • returned in original packaging
  • inclusive of all tags, accessories, documentation, and protective stickers

Watch straps must not show signs of wear, including creasing or markings.

Returns that are damaged, altered, worn, or not in original condition may not be accepted and can be returned to the sender at their expense.

All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival before a refund is approved.

Return shipping within Australia is $10 AUD and will be deducted from the refund amount. Full terms & conditions.

Are sale items eligible for return?

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund unless deemed faulty.

For all other sale items, standard return conditions apply.

Warranty & Faults

Do your watches come with a warranty?

All Djordje London timepieces include a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing faults from the date of purchase.

What is not covered under warranty?

The warranty does not cover:

  • normal wear and tear
  • scratches or impact damage
  • water damage
  • strap wear
  • accidental damage
  • misuse, improper handling, or tampering
  • battery-related damage

All warranty claims are subject to inspection prior to approval.

Faulty product claims

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and relevant images.

All faulty claims are subject to inspection and assessment by Djordje London. Faults resulting from normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow care instructions may not be considered a manufacturing fault.

If further inspection is required, we may request that the item be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation provided with the order.

All faulty product claims are assessed prior to approval.

Warranty claim shipping

Customers are responsible for any shipping and packaging costs associated with returning items for warranty inspection or assessment.

Djordje London is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Orders

When will my order be processed?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 2PM are often dispatched the same business day.

How do I track my order?

Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your order. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may be unable to make changes or cancellations.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Please contact us immediately if you have entered an incorrect shipping address. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or dispatched.
