Shipping & Returns

Do you ship international?

No, currently we are only shipping Australia wide.

Shipping cost?

We use Australia Post and offer free standard shipping on all orders.

  • Express shipping available: $15 AUD
How long will it take to get my order?
  • Same state: 2-4 business days*
  • Interstate: 3-5 business days*

Estimates are for standard shipping. Express shipping is 1-2 business days*

*Delivery times are based on average estimates provided by Australia Post and should be used as a general guide only.

Returns policy?

You are entitled for a return purchase within 30 days of receiving the product.

  • A proof of purchase is required.
  • All returns must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • After 30 days, we can only offer store credit subject to refund requests.  

The products must be unused, undamaged, in a re-sellable condition (no creases on band), and in their original packaging, including any accessories, tag (including protective stickers) and documentation shipped with the product. The product must be in its original condition. 

Returns that are damaged or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to you at your cost. All refunds will be subject to our receipt and inspection of the products.

Who covers the shipping costs of the returns?

Shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount (subject to returns approved).

You may be subject to additional shipping costs such as purchasing your own package during a return. It is recommended that you re-use the original packaging.

  • Australia shipping cost for returns - $10 AUD (non-refundable).

*Djordje London is not responsible for any items lost during the return shipping. 

Can I return a sale purchase?

We will accept returns for products on general sale.

Final clearance sale or sales that specify non-refundable will not be accepted unless the product is faulty or damaged, subject to our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to refuse sale products returns.

How long does it take to process my return?

You will receive a pre-paid label within 24 hours after you submit your request. (See shipping costs for who covers costs of pre-paid labels).

After we receive the package, it is inspected to ensure it complies with the returns policy and terms and conditions. This may take 1-2 business days.

If your return is approved, we will notify you and refund you by your original method of payment. Payments can take up to 10 business days to show on your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

If this is not visible after 10 business days, please contact us.

Order & Tracking

When will my order be processed?

After your payment is verified, it takes 1-2 business days to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details.

Typical, we ship orders on the same day if you have placed an order before 2PM.

How can I track my order?

Tracking details and link is provided via email once the order is shipped.

Alternatively, you can track your order using the details provided on Australia Post website.

A tracking number can take up to 24 hours to activate for tracking online.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us immediately if you need to make any changes to your order or cancel your order. We are unable to make any changes to an order once our warehouse has processed your order.

Watch Warranty

Warranty policy?

Djordje London timepieces have a two-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. Manufacturing defects do not include lost parts, damage resulting from everyday use, or damage sustained due to an accident.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (scratched surfaces, strap damage).
  • Damage resulting from water damage.
  • Damage resulting from improper handling, accidents (accidental glass damage, scratches, strap damage, theft), and tampering or abuse.
  • Batteries - damage due to accident or improper handling

All warranty claims are subject to further inspection. If we determine that the warranty claim fail to comply with the terms and conditions, you may be charged for a part or full replacement. We reserve the right to further inspection before approving a warranty claim.

Faulty Claims?

If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us immediately. All defects must be registered within 7 days of receiving the product.

A faulty watch will be at sole discretion of Djordje London, including fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, or failure to take responsible care.

If we determine that your product may be faulty, we will request that you send the product back to us for further inspection, including any packaging, accessories, tags, and documentation shipped with the product.

The product must be sent back in its original packaging. We reserve the right to further inspection before deeming a product faulty.

How to send back the watch for a warranty/faulty claim?

Please contact us for all warranty claims. Please have your order number and all relevant information, including images if required. 

Once the request is received, we will provide you with further details on how to send the product. When sending your watch, you must ensure it is packed carefully to avoid any damage during the shipping.

Djordje London will not cover the shipping or packing costs for all warranty/faulty claims.
