Order and tracking
After your payment is verified, it takes 1-3 business days to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details.
Tracking details and link is provided via email once the order is shipped. Alternatively, you can track your order using the details provided on Australia Post website.
A tracking number can take up to 24 hours to activate for tracking online. In an instance where your tracking number isn’t working after 24 hours, please contact us.
Please contact us immediately if you need to make any changes to your order or cancel your order. We are unable to make any changes to an order once our warehouse has processed your order.

Shipping
No, currently we are only shipping Australia wide.
We offer free standard shipping.

- Interstate: 3-5 business days*
Estimates are for standard shipping. Express shipping is 1-2 business days*
*Delivery times are based on average estimates provided by Australia Post and should be used as a general guide only. Delays and disruptions may be experienced at times, causing deliveries to take longer than usual. Any delays caused by our carriers is beyond our control.
Returns
You are entitled for a return purchase within 30 days of receiving the product. A proof of purchase is required. All returns must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. After 30 days, we can only offer store credit subject to refund requests.
The products must be unused, undamaged, in a re-sellable condition (no creases on band), and in their original packaging, including any accessories, tag (including protective stickers) and documentation shipped with the product. The product must be in its original condition.
Returns that are damaged or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to you at your cost. All refunds will be subject to our receipt and inspection of the products.

General sale products will be accepted returns. Final clearance sale or sales that specify non-refundable will not be accepted unless the product is faulty or damaged, subject to our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to refuse sale products returns.

Shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount (subject to returns approved). You may be subject to additional shipping costs such as purchasing your own package during a return. It is recommended that you re-use the original packaging.

You will receive a pre-paid label within 24 hours after you submit your request. (See shipping costs for who covers costs of pre-paid labels).
After we receive the package, it is inspected to ensure it complies with the returns policy and terms and conditions. This may take 2-3 business days.
If your return is approved, we will notify you and refund you by your original method of payment. Payments can take up to 10 business days to show on your account depending on your bank or payment provider. If this is not visible after 10 business days, please contact us.
Warranty/Faulty
Djordje London timepieces have a two-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. Manufacturing defects do not include lost parts, damage resulting from everyday use, or damage sustained due to an accident.
Warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear (scratched surfaces, strap damage).
- Damage resulting from water damage.
- Damage resulting from improper handling, accidents (accidental glass damage, scratches, strap damage, theft), and tampering or abuse.
- Batteries - damage due to accident or improper handling
All warranty claims are subject to further inspection. If we determine that the warranty claim fail to comply with the terms and conditions, you may be charged for a part or full replacement. We reserve the right to further inspection before approving a warranty claim.

If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us immediately. All defects must be registered within 7 days of receiving the product.
A faulty watch will be at sole discretion of Djordje London, including fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, or failure to take responsible care.
If we determine that your product may be faulty, we will request that you send the product back to us for further inspection, including any packaging, accessories, tags, and documentation shipped with the product. The product must be sent back in its original packaging. We reserve the right to further inspection before deeming a product faulty.

Once the request is received, we will provide you with further details on how to send the product. When sending your watch, you must ensure it is packed carefully to avoid any damage during the shipping. Djordje London will not cover the shipping or packing costs for all warranty/faulty claims.

Product Information
Rhonda Swiss movement mechanism.
Rhonda is one of the industry-leading manufacturers with a reputation for high quality, and long-lasting mechanisms.
Italian leather.
Leather is an organic material that will vary in grain and texture. The changes in the hue that comes with regular use and passage of time are a natural part of the process for high-quality leather.
All Djordje London watches are interchangeable straps.
Sapphire crystal glass (scratch resistance from daily wear and tear), with anti-reflective coating.
Sapphire is one of the hardest substances on earth. It measures 9 on the Mohs scale, which is a system for rating relative hardness of various materials. (Diamonds measures 10, the highest rating)
316L surgical grade stainless steel. It is scratch, wear and corrosion resistance (subject to fair wear and tear).
All Djordje London watches are 5ATM level of water resistance. It is resistant to everyday use and light rain.
Avoid wearing when showering, bath, swimming, diving, or any activity where it is exposed directly to water. (The crown must be pushed in completely to prevent water from entering the watch).
We do not recommend you wash the leather strap. Any exposure to water will dry the leather and possibly cause damage to the strap.
